![]() I have a truly perplexing problem. On my home wifi, I will frequently be disconnected after about 5 to 10 minutes of play. I have never had a problem until the most recent update V60 (not sure if it is correlated or not). Now I wish I could just run direct ethernet, but it is not possible with my current situation. The odd thing about this problem is on a different computer using the same network there are no issues. Also if I use a different connection like my phones hot spot I have no issues. I also have no connectivity problems outside of p99. When I've run tests my ping is around 100 and I have no packet loss. In game my green text in the upper corner will read 100 to 99% and then when the disconnect happens it just starts ticking down to 0 and I know I'm done. I almost never get an actual disconnect screen message.
I have tried the following and none of it as worked: VPN Disabled windows defender Update everything (drivers, security, bios) reset modem reset router reset wifi adapter change location in the house putting a meter on the connection troubleshoot the connection from both internet providers side, and my computer side I have no clue how to fix this, I am at wits end, and it all doesn't make sense. Why the computer works with different networks just fine, and yet at the same time a different computer works with the network that disconnects me... If anyone can help me I would appreciate it greatly. | ||
