My co-worker gets them almost weekly, he uses it as a form of self-care to de-stress. I give him shit because he’s a hardcore gamer (as hardcore as you can be while still being employed), and almost never does anything active

Meanwhile I’m constantly working out to the extreme causing all this damage, and I’m like you and never get them. I think I’ve gotten maybe 4 in my lifetime
