Depends on the animal and how it was cared for. Butter and fats are the best possible foods. And healthy happy animals store good stuff in fats! Saving it for later without need for refrigeration or preserves [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Sadly a lot of toxins and poisons end up building up in fat. And in unhappy sad animals lacking vitamins/with malnutrition their own bodies produce toxins that end up in the fat. Instead of the good vitamins and stuff that would normally be stored there in a happy or healthy animal.

We are basically murdering and torturing ourselves for other ppls profits because we won't defend ourselves and care for the sources of life.

Tldr fat is gr8 and humans are especially biologically adapted to use fats.

And ya we need more connective tissue, skin, bone, hoof etc in our diets. Look into making yourself Aspic.

Aspic jelly
Aspic or meat jelly (/ˈæspɪk/) is a savoury gelatin made with a meat stock or broth, set in a mold to encase other ingredients. These often include pieces of meat, seafood, vegetable, or eggs. Aspic is also sometimes referred to as aspic gelée or aspic jelly.

U can put like peas and carrots or anchovies or w/e in it. Really good stuff.

Why are Americans so weak? So tolerant? So accepting of their condition? Circumstances? Why do we sabotage ourselves and our neighbors so readily?

I like leave mine out on the counter to stay warm. It's Amish. "Normal" unadulterated i guess. It never lasts long enough to need refrigeration. So it's always "spreadable".

Because Dems own the rest of the media. Like you didn't know.

Personally I think I should be paid 100 dollars per hour to play everquest, like I would be in DENMARK.

Maybe some day.
