Default Spell: shock of lightning bugged

The spell shock of lightning is not working correctly. It's suppose to be unresistable with a small knockback. But you basically get full resists on it every single time for some reason. Seems like the new code skipped that spell

Nothing special about it, should be the same partial resist rate as all other unmodified resist check nukes for wiz.

The lower level spells would almost always (over 95%) hit for at least partial damage. I really wish I had my old logs still.

at max lvl with wizzy shock of lightning will stop gates quite a bit, even against good mr. the partial resist still caused knockback and it was never channeled through~ n we picked off a lot of ppl who tried to gate ;p.. that spell never loses its value for pvp as a wizard.
