CC's aren't mandatory anyways, i've been mid-answering one CC when someone else comes into the zone and asks another one. Am i to believe if i don't answer these every 10 seconds i lose my camp? of course not.

Answering CC's is a courtesy, one that people who might be afk during respawns or w/e don't have to oblige. Failure to answer a CC is certainly not a legitimate reason to try and take someone else's camp.

If you were in the right and the camp was indeed yours, why did 2 members of your group apologize to Benjy? It sounds to me like half your group agreed it was Benjy's camp after all.

Fact: Two people giving different accounts of what occured. Obviously one must be lying.
Fact: Neither has shown any proof that they are not lying.
Fact: Most people don't give a shit.

What this WILL affect for most people is if, in the future, they have some adverse dealings with one of you, they will automatically assume (probably rightly so) that you were the one lying.

Nobody is going to buy that you were screwed by someone else unless either:

you show proof
that person already has a reputation of being an asshat
