In California deadly force is using pronouns when telling someone to stop. So this wont have much of affect there.

Need this for Nevada.

A bill sponsored by a Republican state senator set for a vote Monday would allow business owners or their employees to use deadly force to defend their property against smash-and-grab robbers if the robber possessed a dangerous weapon.

Might have to invest in Walgreens stock if they ever passed this in California. Although that's less smash and grab and more, walk in, load up your backpack, walk out.
Wow damn

Yeah I believe a lot of the robbers wrecking retail stores in CA aren’t armed tho. They don’t need to be, store security has reported being instructed to not interfere. Just watch them fill their backpack and leave

im good with this idea

smash the BurnLootMurderer in the head with a heavy blunt object, then put a knife in their hand

then, back to profit.

Apparently what is considered dangerous is up in the air right now.

But Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee and K.M. Bell of the American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona worried that the shield given to a property owner who uses deadly force is overly broad. And they noted that it applies to any property, not just a business that is being robbed.

“This would in effect allow members of the public to impose the death penalty for the spraying of graffiti,” Bell told the panel.

Ever heard of not spraying graffiti?

Death penalty should be instant and mandatory for keying cars. Poor innocent paint jobs.

But I'm just being facetious. This will be a difficult one. Scummy lawyers making situations difficult.

my favorite thing about the non democrat side is the part where they want teachers and coffee shop owners and flower store employees to wear leather belts with guns and bullets attached to them.

Im not revealing what I want them all to do, but I think its funny that its the ban guns party vs the only way to survive in this country is to cary guns party lol
