Default Monk - Slowstone Amber

Anybody use this at all? Seems like a nice item when trying to solo a tough mob. How is the success rate for landing the spell? Is this rechargeable? If so, for how much?

Monks should carry midnight mallet, slowstone amber, wooly spider silk nets, and rings of shadow.

Rechargeable. Sells for ~9p, buy back ~266p per amber.

its amazing and the resist rate i think depends on the lvl of you and the mob. at 60 i can land it on lots of stuff. +1 for a very useful item, kinda expensive to recharge.
