Default Question about Monk's Plane of Sky equipment quests.

I.E the ones that reward Wu's Tranquil Fist, Golden Sash of Tranquility, Sandals of Alacrity, Ton Po's Shoulders, etc.

1. Can they be solo'd.
2. What level should I be to start them?
3. How long do they take?

1. Cannot be done solo, need a raid for most anything in PoS.

2. Can start from 46 when you can zone in if your raid would allow it

3. Depends on the drops, some are rare, some come off bosses. Could raid for weeks and have bad luck. I doubt you would get everything in one or even three or four sky raids.

Just some general info on how sky quests work:

Each island has a number of trash mobs and a boss. Each quest requires items from the boss mobs and the trash mobs. Most of the quests require a no drop piece from a boss, then 2 tradeable pieces from the trash. The pieces from the trash mobs are generally not a problem to get - you'll have them long before you get your no drop piece from the boss. Each boss mob drops 1 no drop quest piece, and with 12 classes...yeah.

Here's a quick rundown on each quest, "easy" here means it's not super-rare to get:

Back straps require:
Island 1 trash droppable, easy
Island 2 boss droppable, very rare
Island 3 boss no-drop, 1/12 chance

Eye patch:
Island 2 trash droppable, easy
Island 3 trash droppable, easy
Island 4 boss no-drop, 1/12 chance (pretty easy honestly)

Sandals:
Island 3 trash droppable, easy
Island 4 trash droppable, easy
Island 5 boss no-drop, very fucking rare, 90+ Spiroc Lord kills, we finally saw it after about 80 kills. Haven't seen it since.

Shoulders:
Island 4 trash droppable, easy
Island 5 trash droppable, easy
Island 6 boss no-drop, not sure on rarity, probably 1/12.

Wu's Fist:
Island 5 trash droppable, rare for us - a gajillion island 5 kills and we just finally saw it for the first time
Brass Knuckles droppable - from Noble Dojorn / Overseer / Hand cycle, pretty damn rare
Neb Sapphire - from Island 6 Trash or Island 7 boss, no-drop, should be easy
Island 7 boss no-drop, probably 1/12

Sash:
Island 6 trash, droppable?, probably not too rare
Island 7 trash, droppable?, probably not too rare
Island 8 boss, no-drop, probably 1/12

Honestly, if you're asking these questions, chances are you're not in a raid guild or you'd know more about it hehe. Almost all of these items are best-in-slot items for a monk in the entire game. Even the ones that aren't, they're still awesome pieces.

Also of course, use the wiki! http://wiki.project1999.org/index.ph...e_of_Sky_Tests
