This is a back exercise that not a lot of people know or do but is really good for that V spread
I think she’s doing it slightly wrong though. By bending her arms at the elbow she’s using her triceps more than her back. It's a very appealing color for food, drink.
Honestly if someone gave me plaster chips painted red I'd probably believe it was cherry flavored candy unless led to believe otherwise and even then the urge to eat it and sense the flavor through memory would be pretty strong. To be fair that photo has that weird intense supersaturated dayglow red of the liquid my mom used to load up her humming bird feeders with when I was a kid. Or that intensley concentrated look of two packages of kool-aid in one portion of water. Or that heavy sugary look. Although the red in this case is either from an advertisement or for sexual programming and appeal. It's probably from lightning, filters, post processing. There are many easy and overlooked ways to hijack and control your brain and subvert your consciousness and spirit. Hope this helps. | ||
