Might be for all we know. Wouldn't be surprised if they've developed some sort of partially automated reporting system. It'd make sense at the back end since they seem to be perpetually short on volunteer help.

No argument there, if I ever eat a suspension I sincerely hope I'd at least know why and have a chance to discuss it. Have you tried the petition forum? If you want to contact them privately that's probably your best bet.

Edit: I see you made some posts in meantime. A few months ago the wife and I could not log in for a day or so when other folks obviously could--similar to what you say you're experiencing. Turned out there was something wrong with their login server and the issue resolved itself after awhile.
