Banned? - Page 2

Hope you got things figured out by now. Woke up one morning with my account banned. I just got a lumi staff for my druid and was at level to use it. For me it was character name. Took about a week or so for the devs to contact me but they did. They reactivated my account and had me contact a GM in game to have my name reset. If there are any other character name issues on your account the devs will ask you to request a reset on them as well.

Can't you legitimately trade with an RMTer and get caught in the crossfire?

I guess technically yes, but not sure what scenario would occur where a legal trade with an RMTer would trigger a problem for you.

If you're trading plat for an item or vice versa it's going to be clear that it's a legal trade so you should be fine. The ones that raise the red flags are like if you're trading large amounts of plat for free or if you're getting a valuable item for free...if the person you do the exchange with later gets found out as an RMTer, then those transactions look suspicious.

At least that's my understanding. Obviously can't speak for how the staff look at everything.
