The police can’t just walk into your house and take something. They have to get a warrant if you won’t give it to them voluntarily.

In this case, it’s a pretty dumb move to not give the FBI the documents when you literally know it’s illegal for you to have them and refuse to give them back. Totally stupid move on his part, could’ve avoided all of this and now instead he’s violated a law that he made a felony while he was in office lol

What world are you living in where half of US citizens object to the election rules and think the election was fraudulent?

And if citizens object to rules of elections they can lobby congress to change the rules and hope their elected officials will amend the constitution to do so.

like I said before, somehow these totally super highly classified documents were not taken when they were already there taking boxes of documents in June. If they were important they should have been on the subpoena. So the government can't keep track of its own nuclear secrets or chose to leave them with trump.

The subpoena and warrant was related to a different issue. Trump refused to give documents that weren’t on it (which is technically his legal right to do but like I said stupid when you know you have them illegally and all they have to do is go get another warrant related to those documents)
