Win11 detected a friend who went VPN/qbitorrent for a quick download (lolocaust, not even "pirate stuff") then shutdown vpn restarted computer and it arbitrarily blocked certain sites including an innocuous aussie broadband help site (amongst others).
No proof but it seems odd. As of a few mins ago no resolution.

While we are having boomer rant moments, here's mine.

My bank's local branch closed, so I visited a competing bank's branch and enquired regarding opening a new account with them.

They suggested I look online to see what they could offer.

I wanna do my banking local and in person.

Literally no where has offices you can walk in to and get your bills paid / complaints sorted in person anymore. It is all call centres and online. Even supermarkets are encouraging you to stay at home and take deliveries.
