Troll inny shaman ftw, guise or bust. Snare neck on a sham is OP, and troll regeneration is the best you can hope for till Kunark, plus with a guise you dont have to look like a 10 foot tall bag of ass.

Yeah but how long is the innocuous snare neck good for? Like what’s the level bracket that it’s useful for and going to be used regularly?

Snare neck for runners has a ton of usage in Guk and other hairy situations. OP? Nah. But useful for sure.

Leveled a troll shaman to 60 and snare neck is pretty overrated. The regen is fantastic but the snare neck wasnt as valuable as I thought it'd be

It's as useful as you make it. If you plan on doing a lot of dungeon duoing with a Monk, Mage or other class without snare it's a godsend. I used it a lot as a Cleric duoing with a Mage. At the end of the day, a non-snare class having access to snare is pretty awesome any way you slice it, even if it's something like a 6 second cast and not the best snare. It's still extremely good at stopping runners without having to root them in place and eat that last 20% health worth of damage.
