Even going from medium T to very high (but still within natural, not supraphysiological) levels of T causes an increase in energy, confidence, sometimes libido (although this is more often a result of estrogen changes unless going from very low to average+ T), muscle and fat body compositions
The sides and risks of TRT being decently low makes this worthwhile to many, especially those very involved in fitness
