Yeah this is how rabid pro-choicers justify it: First agree that human beings have rights, now spin up some kind of reason why an unborn baby actually isn't a human, thus has no rights. They'll say life doesn't begin at conception, but then when pressed *never* have a good answer for when it does actually begin, often going as far to say not until the actual birth, which is ludicrous. Does it magically become "alive" when it's half way out, just starting to come out, fully out? It's a totally morally indefensible position but then so are many left wing positions these days.
