Game Mechanics: Bug - Necro Pet Level 16: Restless Bones

Another Necro and I were grouping and just bought new spells for level 16. He was streaming and asking me what his new pet conned to see if it was spawned as level 15 or 16 but I was only level 13 at the time and it conned Dark Blue to me. He recasted it several times and it kept conning white/dark blue to me. Finally he casted it and got an even con to him. The spell is only supposed to summon 15-16 pet but is currently summoning 12-16.

If necro pets are the same as mage pets, everyone has a 5 level range (ie.12-16).

If thats the case then the wiki needs changed to make that clear.
