Scaling Spells
Example:
Quickness - Increase Attack Speed by 28% (L16) to 30% (L20) - 4.2 minutes @L16 to 11 minutes @L50 Anyone know how scaling spells work for a class that gets them later than the main class? When Shamans get this at 29 does it start at 28% - 4.2 minutes or would it have the scaling applied up to level 29? | ||

I believe that the scaling is the same for all classes. So in this example, the shaman casting it at 29 would cast it with the same effectiveness as an enchanter of the same level. This would be easy to test with any kind of stat or HP buff. Maybe get a mid-level paladin and cleric to both cast Bravery and compare total HP gain.
