Anyone else having issues finding the EQChanges.zip file that's referenced? I found it once, but it wasn't in the "Getting Started" forum post. I was in some other obscure post :-( QQ Can we get a link to the appropriate zip file in the "Getting Started" instructions?

Updated the FAQ to be more clear on where you can find the eqchanges.

What happened to the old "getting started" thread? New one sucks.

I'm hoping this is an effective place to ask this.

As far as needing EverQuest Titanium to work, is a "new" copy with valid CD key needed? Or will a "used" EverQuest Titanium work, presumably with a used key?

I heard about this and started playing EQ back pre-Kunark and am very nostalgic. I just checked Amazon for this edition and "new" are going for $260+ and "used" for $65. Will "used" work?

I'm hoping "used" will work as once installed, this FAQ implies one would not be registering or patching through the SoE servers. So then you wouldn't need a valid "new" key?

That's correct, you will not need a CD key to play Project 1999. A used copy of Titanium will work.

Not sure what patcher file you mean. The setup instructions should be able to explain everything you need to get up and running on this server:
