What is lucan's respawn time on green?

I want to get fat wad of faction off the next time he's killed. So anyone know what the respawn time is, and also anyone know who has him on timer?

Bump. apparently he's on a week timer so would really like to know when he will pop. Is there any randomness in his spawn or he always exact?

Best bet is to park an alt there and just check the logs.

Well someone gave me what they thought was the right spawn time but waited before and after the supposed spawn time and didn't see him. That's why I'm curious if he has a randomness to his spawn time.

There was an earthquake yesterday so that may have messed it up, not sure when you checked.
