Question Windows cannot find 'eqgame' error when launching Launch Titanic

Greetings - I just followed the "Get Started" guide posted by Rogean (which was awesome) on two of my laptop's which are both running Windows 8 OS. I did the exact same install on both of the machines simultaneously; one is up and running great; however the other will not even "Launch Titanium" to open Project 1999 at all. I am confused what could have happen differently between the two and have searched the forms trying a couple things but haven't had any luck. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and do you have any suggestions or advice for me? I have posted a screen shot of the error below (attachment 1).

I took a long break from EQ and then from P99; however, my wife said she would play with me so I am pretty excited to get this computer up and running.

Thank You!

Okay, just figured it out! The problem was that I had typed Launch Titanium in the search window to locate the Launch Titanium. When you do that, it won't successfully open it (for some reason?). When I find it by scrolling with all windows (no search) it opens successfully.

The second attachment is the WRONG way to search for it.

The third attachment is the CORRECT way to scroll to it.
