The rune agro nerf was quietly a huge buff to enchanters, making it even worse for the game as a whole. We shouldn't be able to chain runes with only a couple enchanters and sustain a low-man VS.

Could just add a cast time to Ivandyr's Hoop and make its duration somewhat shorter than the lifetap itself as a small benefit but too long to allow for raids to reliably spam click targets down. Either that or have the lifetap apply a blocker buff/debuff effect to the target similar to Donal's Breastplate, so it won't land again until x seconds/minutes have expired. Recharges take a significant amount of coin out of the economy, which seems more important overall though we are how many years into Velious now?
