Are there any custom UI skins that makes all texts and icons in the UI bigger?

I'm playing on a 1920x1200 flat screen so if I turn down the resolution in order to make the UI bigger and easier to see, the game will look like absolute donkey balls as there are no integer fractions of the native resolution available so everything just looks like highly interpolated smush. Playing at the native resolution of 1200p on the other hand makes everything so small that I have to play with a microscope. I'm aware of the console commands that change chat box font sizes but they don't effect anything else outside the chatbox.

Get a 32" 1920x1080 monitor. You can get a decent one for $150 and a functional one for $100. Check out Amazon or Newegg.
