Caldwell implicate his fellow Oath Keepers.

Entrapment is a police officer suggesting or encouraging someone to commit a crime. A perfect example happened to my parents. We were at a trailhead, and there was a cop there, and my parents asked if they could park there. The cop said yea, and motioned to a spot. When we came back down, had a parking ticket. That’s entrapment
