I think it's this specific point that makes the brewing American form of fascism a lot more dangerous than the German version, long term.

And me griping about American stuff isn't to say that I think there's no racism in China, or whatever other large country. I've been to dozens of countries and seen some shit that wouldn't fly in America.

The thing is - if America were founded today, there'd be reactionary forces in, like, the UK that would call it a 'woke utopian pipe dream' or some clever British version of that sentence. What we see as 'woke culture' in America is the same basic concept that this country was founded on, it's just the modern version.

Christian fascism is more initially inclusive than the German kind, which makes it even more dangerous in a racially diverse country like America

It was the scenario with the guys that tried to kidnap Governor from Michigan lady, Whitmer?

The FBI put an undercover agent with them who suggested the idea that they kidnap the governor and they agreed and that still wasn’t considered entrapment (or else it’s still being decided in court)

Supposedly there was a guy who people here might know, not sure if he’s fbi he might have been ex-fbi, who was caught on camera yelling “let’s storm the capital!” to a crowd before anyone went in or something on Jan 6, and the dude has some seriously good establishment connections because he was never charged with anything

Nm it was Ray Epps, and I saw the vid of him encouraging people to go into the capital but apparently he’s not gov’t, just ex military

Still has good connects though because nothing ever happened to him, legally
