Nah Classic Velious shipped with Bugs. Klanicar and Sontalak AE's would crash the zone on live and they had to be despawned and placeholders put in their place till it got fixed.

The content here is buggy/unfinished in different ways than it was during classic, so releasing content in that state wouldn't be classic, now would it.
