Chat windows squished

Searched and saw a thread or two about this but no fixes, at least the couple I saw and tried didn't work for me.

Basically chat windows have phantom lines running through them that cut off the top or bottom of lines of text making it looked squished. It's kind of hard to describe but if you've seen it you know exactly what i'm talking about.

I tried hiding the taskbar, changing fonts, font sizes, changing refresh rate, nothing fixed it. I'm using Win 7 64 and WinEQ2, any ideas?
