Spells: Dyzil's Deafening Decoy

The level 56 magician pet is supposed to have a cast time of 8 seconds. The spell description says 10 seconds, and it seems to take 10 seconds. This pet also is unable to equip weapons. After giving the pet weapons, no weapons appear in its hands, nor do any procs occur. Apparently it eats them.
