Some guy on Twitter said "the planet is too overpopulated, too many humans". Jordan Peterson was apparently annoyed at this take and responded with a flippant "you could leave".

He probably didn't mean "yeah well you could kill yourself that'd help", but it could kinda be taken that way? And the College of Psychologists pointed that out to him, and said he should re-complete his social media training to avoid such pitfalls in the future.

They're not compelling him to complete the training. And they're definitely not threatening his license over it. But they did essentially insult him and his psychology credentials, accused him of basically swinging wild with his internet words and that's a psych no-no, so he's doing the whole "the whole world is out to get me" thing.

It’s funny because speaking of kill yourself, when a Canada veteran was trying to get help for PTSD, their veteran hotline suggested euthanasia

Had I done that, and work found out, I’d probably have to do one single meeting with HR and a coordinator, and that’d be the end of it

Oh yea Canada is getting super scummy with their euthanasia stuff. They push it on people with lifelong disabilities based on how expensive their medical care will be

Sort of like what you do with your pets, your property. You weigh out the cost of paying their vet bills or having them put down. Canada now doing it with their MAID program (medical assistance in dying). They also still call the lethal cocktail of drugs “medicine” when it’s really technically a poison
