PvP?

I turned in my book to the Priest of Discord and now am able to pvp? well either way it isnt allowing me to heal or buff or be healed or buffed by others.. is there a way to reverse this?

I can also continuously become player kill.. but i cant undo it..

priest of order is in North Qeynos, not sure how but he offers a way to reverse the PvP tag.

NM Looks like they removed the link. But yea you can get Titanium easily.
