Default Bone Chip turn in, Trooper Mozo Field of Bone - Resolved

Turning in four bone chips to Trooper Mozo gives 4x the reward, ie 4 faction gains & 4 sets of 7 silver.

Default XP too low

@ lvl 3 the exp gain was essentially Nil, Please up the exp to be more inline with the exp penalty for iksars.

I remember doing this on live and gaining a full yellow bar on my DE SK at 55. If that is any help. Something like 120 BC

lololol

edit: k. The exp for this quest stops being useful at like level 5. There's no way you got a full yellow at 55 no matter how many chips you turned in.

as a cazic-thule cleric on sullon zek that plans to hunt in karnor & HS, this quest is important..so i did it today...spent ~500pp on bone chips buying them @ 3pp/stack in FoB & kurn, and probalby got a 100 or so chips on my own from ganking skels on the way...

so now for the down and dirty party of the quest, turning the chips in:

1. get an iksar friend in your group to play 'lookout', or hire a compentant low level guy. have the lookout SPAM you with a hotkey that warns when a crusader is nearby, and get hte hell out
2. sort your bone chips into stacks of 4, and hand in 4 stacks of 4 each time you trade with mozo for efficiency...sort more chips while waiting for crusaders to go by
3. keep buying bone chips while you turn them in, you need alot
4. once you get to dubious to a crusader, con them all because some have faction that raises lower (the Q one mainly)..once all are dubious, you dont need the lookout
5. i basically spent ~10 buying/questing bone chips and got to indifferent...i expect a non-cazic player to take at least twice as long..

note- did @ lv47, also got 3 blue of xp total, tho sometimes i split xp with the lookout
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=260

Assuming he meant "10 hours" when he said "spent ~10 buying/questing bone chips". Sounds like he got around 170 stacks (100bcs = 5 stacks + 500p/3p stack) and started turning them in. That's 858 turn ins, not including chips he bought in the meantime. 858 minimum, then, to go from ??? to indifferent and 858 minimum to gain 3 blues of exp at lvl 47 cleric. I don't think quest exp is shared, so even if he was 'splitting exp with the lookout' he wasn't actually sharing quest exp.

So take however much exp 3 blues at lvl 47 is, divide by 858, and very roughly that's how much exp this quest should give.
