True, but to be fair, there's a difference between destroying a dam and shutting of a water supply.

Also, I'm fairly positive Russia has control of that area where Ukraine was doing that.

Im almost more scared of a world where we have wars but are 'rational enough' to lose them without using the nukes.

Why have a war if you're willing to lose? Can we stop wars please? Not create like "war sports" where 90k people die, instead of desperately using diplomacy to stop them?
