OOT era question...

The island in the south of OOT, with Alizeasaur (the big dinosaur)

Island 5 if you look at this map

The Goblins on it, are they level 20 or 45~? I'm getting mixed results from searching, and the p99 wiki doesn't even list the NPCs on it.

ZAM lists the NPC's as Classic.
