Weird Lagging Bursts
I seem to lag every few seconds. I will slow down and speed up and slow down and speed up over and over again. This makes it impossible to run away from any mobs, and it is really frustrating.
This happened to me once before, but then it went away for 6 months or so. Anyone got any ideas?

if you've ever streamed a movie or anything like that with divx, open up chrome or firefox or whatever you use, go pick a video (I have this one bookmarked http://www.vidxden.com/x24ugljah7b9), start playing it and turn the volume down then start EQ.
it's a dual core problem and I tried every fix involving wineq and affinities and adjusting startup location and all that, and this is the only thing, weirdly enough, that works 100% of the time. | ||

if you are on a dual dual core system bind affinity to one core and play that way. on 2 of my systems it worked perfectly fine, on my third i still lag every few seconds, still haven't found a way to fix that.
