Type /hotkey Aggro /g %t is my tank target, please assist and root.

Doing this will create a special aggro ability button for use in groups.

When you need to take aggro on what you are targeting hit this button, stand as close to the mob as possible and it will magically start attacking you.

You may occasionally need to 'recast', but if you are able to taunt off any slows, tashes, etc after the button has been pressed it probably won't need to be 'recast'.
