College being astronomically expensive helps the military meet their recruitment goals, thus perpetuating the system that necessitates such a military in the first place

Same with profit based healthcare

They put more recruiters in poorer areas for a good reason

I knew a guy in college who was in the marines. He was a severe alcoholic and already an electrician, but got an extra $4000 or so for being enrolled. He had severe PTSD from an incident when he and his team boarded a small fishing boat and somehow ended up murdering everyone on board, dumping the bodies off the side, and setting it on fire before heading back out on patrol.

He had a DUI shortly after he was really pissed off about, when the cop pulled him over, he rolled down his window and said, " What the fuck do you want faggot? " and proceeded to get arrested. For the night. He was more pissed off that it happened than remorseful.

He got a promotion to lead electrician @ 115K and the owner just gave him a shop vehicle to drive since it was board insurance.

This was also an issue, because he was divorced and his alimony went way up because of his promotion.

Long story short. Consider being an electrician before you consider being a murderer for hire.

The idea that the goverment was handing out so much loans that the demand for colleges to increase the cost of going to school should have been an indicator that the system was consuming itself and not working.

Why would someone complain about the Military Industrial Complex in a thread about college loan debt forgiveness?

Have you stood up for victims of human trafficking in this thread? Why do you support human trafficking, you monster?

It's possible to support/dislike more than one government policy/program at a time. Disliking one thing does not imply support for everything else.

Did you take logic in college? Straw man argument. This was covered.
are tax dollars used for human trafficking? if so, we should be upset about that aswell.

Its also possible that people only complain about one type of governmental policy vs another all the time. I dont see stop ukraine war. so ur logic is flawed.

So did you take logic in college? ignorant argument when you have no excuse. but to dodge the point.

Why wouldn't they put more recruiters in poor areas? Should they be forced to put recruitment centers in all parts of the country equally? You have really bad ideas. You don't think we need a military? Your types have no plan, all you want to do is rip out the systems that have worked for 2000 years and have no idea what to replace it with.

The military is necessary, start there.

Imgaine saying the military has recruitment goals as a pejorative.

Being pro enviornment.

Then voting a second time for the guy who has funded the biggest war in the last 20 years and has appointed military officials that say nukes can be used preemptively in extreme cases.
