Is it possible to just view the levels?

I am interested in just visiting all the different levels and dungeons and I was wondering if it were possible (on this server or some other) to have like invisibility or invulnerability to look at the scenery?

see the 100s of servers at the server select screen before clicking p99, probably one of those is a GM server where you can use commands like #zone and #invulnerable

check out the morell thule server in the server list and read the instructions in your chat box when you log in for the first time [type #acceptrules] then #help to find the command list

It is a program that simply loads the zone files and you can fly around looking at the zone. No mobs though.

Alternately you could explore the zones on live - assuming you are visiting zones that haven't been revamped. Test server is free to play with permanent double xp.
