Druid charm kiting spots?

I just started P99 twoish weeks ago, and tried out charm kiting. I've gotten the hang of it I think, but I'm not sure where to go after EK. I've gone from 19-22 on gorge hounds. I'll hit 23 here too, but I think most will be light blue at 23.

Suggestions on where to go at 23 - and for the future if possible? I have next to no gear, but I assume that doesn't matter.
