This is obvious propaganda because Axiom doesn't allow their members to use public chat or send tells. You could say that Hewch disrupted this guy's eco system or it was fair game given how long the CR was. In the end Hewch could've taken his camp legally. What I'm saying is it's pretty far-fetched this is a real or even recent situation.
