But there is no constitutional right to contraception. It's just not there. Just like abortion. It's not in the constitution, anywhere, no matter how some lawyers try to spin interpretations of amendments. It's not there.

It's a document from over 200 years ago, these kinds of modern issues are not contained within. They must be dealt with through state legislatures. The founding fathers did not add contraception or abortion to the constitution. They weren't even part of society back then, so to say the constitution guarantees them is quite frankly a lie.

And no, I'm not talking about how flawed it is to rely on a document written over 200 years ago and does not adapt with the changing times. I'm talking simply about what's contained within the constitution, and abortion and contraception are not there. Simple as that.

I guarantee 99% of the people freaking out over this decision have no clue how the Supreme Court even came to the flawed conclusion in Roe vs Wade that abortion was a constitutionally protected right. They have no clue. They also have no clue that this doesn't make abortion illegal everywhere, it just means it's up to state legislatures because it's not in the constitution.

I think the G's and T's are safe because Gorsuch won't go for it(ala Bostock) and CJR has already showed a willingness to betray the others.

How dare you present facts. They don't have time for that truth nonsense, they're preparing for "peaceful" riots, arson, and murder.

So how do we discern between abortion and miscarriage going forward?

Consider the abortion pill basically forces the womans body to have a miscarriage and there is no real way to tell the difference between a legitimate m/c and an abortion pill induced m/c. Consider also that getting the abortion pill will be extremely easy, even in states where they are illegal (see: dark web)

How many women will be charged with murder who had legitimate miscarriages in red states, especially women who are "pro-life"?

Oh the irony. This is what you get when you rate scoring political points higher than actual critical thought.

Or are we just ok with charging every miscarriage as murder going forward? Its going to happen, especially if said woman is black or brown.

Its like someone who decides they dont like electric cars.

Electric cars are superior to ICE cars in almost every possible way.

However, said person doesnt like electric cars for whatever reason (they dont make cool sounds for instance) so despite the evidence to the contrary, said person starts digging into the internet and finds all sorts of misinformation to bolster that pre-existing opinion, usually from nefarious sources connected to fossil fuels:

-electric cars are dirtier because they use electricity from coal (false and even if electricty were coming from coal, the tons of Co2 per mile is still much lower than gasoline).

-electric cars use more Co2 in manufacturing batteries (false)

-electric cars depend on rare minerals so its no different than oil (false, you only need those minerals for the battery, you dont depend on replenishing it for every mile you drive like oil).

The above is an example we see all too common. People form an opinion and instead of changing that opinion based on facts, they just try to find facts which reinforce that opinion, and usually this leads them to believing misinformation (the purveyors of which usually have an agenda that said person does not fully see or want to admit).
You left out that electric cars cost twice as much that’s the reason.

White progressives are the same as white privileged slaveowners you just assume everybody’s rich.

You have no idea what life is like.

You’re over here talking about how you want the world to be like Star Trek.

Just wait. The market will make it that eventually.

Stop using white supremist authoritarianism to force it.

Electric cars = neo nazi
