Just for clarification: when Empire doesn't kill things, it's because they don't feel a need to rush/are fine with raiding at a casual pace/aren't even worried about competition/etc., but they're still "best guild on p99;" when anyone else doesn't kill things, it's because they're bad at this game?

how can you compare not killing mobs because you don't want to at that time to not killing mobs because you either pick one that are out of your league or pick the ones that you'd have to contest a force that you stand little chance against instead of just taking the easier mobs?
