Game Mechanics: Ranger combat skill caps

According to the patchnotes linked here https://www.project1999.com/forums/s....php?p=3336508 and the chart on the wiki https://wiki.project1999.com/Ranger#Combat_Skills Rangers were supposed to have weapon/offense skill caps "made identical to warriors", but they are currently still capped at 240 on Green after the Feb21 patch was implemented.
