Quest Issue: Gnoll Fur - Ysanna MacGibbon is invisible?

Ysanna MacGibbon, GM rogue at Halas, can't be found.

She talks to you (after your talk to the other GM Cappi McTarnigal), but one cannot see / talk back to her.

She was supposed to be at loc 183, 155, 2nd floor of Halas bank.

DIALOGUE/WALKTHROUGH (of the Gnoll Fur quest)

You say, 'Hail, Cappi McTarnigal'

Cappi McTarnigal says, 'Hail there, name! If you are not a [member of the White Rose], then it be best that you stay on the lower level. This here floor is for honest ...ermm respectable rogues only.'

You say, 'I am a member of the white rose'

Cappi McTarnigal says, 'I hope that you are indeed respectable and loyal to Halas and the Rogues of the White Rose. To do otherwise would bring the wrath of the Six Hammers down on you. But enough with talk! Our caravan to the frigid north leaves in less than two days. and we are short on mammoth calf hides. Return four of them and you will be given items that show your loyalty to our Clan.'

Ysanna MacGibbon says 'The mammoth calf hides are used to shield our beasts of burden from the icy wind. You are probably now asking what shields us Northmen from that same icy wind eh? Well, along with many other furs and leathers, we have come to find that [gnoll fur] of all things is a good insulator against the cold. Look at their tiny bodies and it's obvious their fur does something good.'

You say, 'what gnoll fur'

* At this point you can't see her and when u say it nothing happens.
** That was noticed in P99Red, not sure about P99Blue

She is on the roof, when she should be on the second floor.

Reported issue to source developers as it probably relates to recent Z axis change.

I'm gonna bump this and add, Conladan Kevellian as missing also.
I believe he is the White Rose quest string. Without him, barbarian rogues have no starting quests out of Halas. No starting quests = no starting quest gear.

Fixed, pending update. Any other npcs on the roofs, or above their normal Z axis will need to be reported.

This npc does not spawn/is not classic.

In the bank on the 2nd floor is a NPC named Cappi McTarnigal that takes Mammoth Calf hides and gives you Barbarian Rogue only gear. Here's the quest link.

The hides are tradeable and sometimes found on vendors. Not a bad starter set really.

I did the fang of the white wolf quest, if you petition a member of staff might be able to force her to where she should be.
