Nah it's more like don't blow it insanely out of proportion and call it an insurrection or a coup attempt. That is totally absurd and makes you seem like a really unserious clown person.

Like 50,000 people went to DC to protest because they thought the election had been stolen. Of those, like 500 actually entered the capitol. Of those, maybe 20 were violent or menacing. Charge them with whatever they should be charged with, but the general way it's characterized it's completely absurd. It's like fanfic for modern people to feel like they live in the 1940s.

Ohhhh, the deadly insurrection! Nah more like some doofuses with no plan took selfies and walked around then got kicked out.

hey guys its important to remember/consider that it would be necessary for any political party that happens to be in power at the time when something like Jan 6th happens to blow it out of proportion and make a humungous stink over it lest the rest of the world consider them weak.

the dems have no choice politically speaking but to drag this thing as far as it will go for as long as it will go.

even though it was really just a small time event, it's an actual real boogeyman, albeit a small one, that they can point at and say, "There, That's them"

the world is watching, china is watching, russia is watching, belize and north sentinel island are watching for any sign of weakness.

and every conviction and stink the dems make over Jan 6th speaks directly to their alt-left voter base, the ones who believe the world can't exist with conservatives. It really gets them hot.

My post said zero about an insurrection. It was simply a statement about what happened, in a non partisan fashion. It was an observation about one side using obfuscation to prove that if some did nothing, then all did nothing.
Speaking of sitting presidents during a situation involving something something hang Pence, something smash windows. That fellow did everything he could to calm the situation? Like being a man in charge strongly encouraging tourists to get the fuck outta the Capitol while an official proceeding was taking place. Like be the adult in the room. I guess not.
