This is why this server is a joke. There is a single guild immune from punishment for getting caught exploiting multiple times, MQ2/SEQ use, etc.

It's not a legitimate atmosphere for competition. The server is fine if you want to casual it up and never raid, but if you want to raid legitimately, it's a farce.

So sad you cried these same tears about DA/IB too.

Makes me wonder when/if Velious opens, whether that will actually help the server enough or not. The 10+ high quality raid targets and the several tens of other targets added should theoretically relieve some of the pressure on the classic/planes/Kunark mobs.
If what has been said about TMO's desperation to be a shift-playing 24/7 hold every target always ever guild is true, oh well I guess. More power to them for recruiting more and more people into their self-perpetuation of not amounting to anything outside of a 13 year old video game.

I’m not in one of the “top end” raiding guilds, nor do I intend to be, (been through that PoP-OoW on live) I want to play this game, I didn’t apply for an unpaid fulltime job. I do however want to get an epic or two (note this means earning them by actually completing the quest, not purchasing the MQ) and down something somewhat significant maybe once or twice a week with some friends.

It’d be one thing if the other “top end” raiding guilds were the only ones ‘suffering’ (it’s pixels, I use the word suffering lightly) from this guild’s monopolization of these mobs but it’s not. Every time I walk through EC it’s “Jboots MQ” “Epic MQ” “WTS my toon”… This type of shit never happened on live aside from the occasional MQ, which was almost exclusively guildies helping other guildies and it not being one of the most prevalent ways to make plat.

To be fair TMO isn’t responsible for all of this, but it’s a big player and it’s becoming horrifyingly obvious that they are greater than the rest of the factors combined.
