Peanut butter! PB in oatmeal is fantastic. Add sliced banana as well if you're feeling frisky. It's the best breakfast ever.
This sounds fucking delicious actually.

I'm not a morning person either, but I'm a fan of frisky mornings. But you've gotta have someone to be frisky with. Frisky doesn't happen alone. If it does, you're having way too much fun with yourself.

hey knuckles - you can actually put some milk , protein powder, peanut butter and oats in a blender and when it's all uniform consistency add in some ice (could freeze greek yogurt overnight and pop that in there to add the milkshake-y consistanccy) and have that for breakfast.

i've always been big on that one.

BRAIN FREEZE - I am usually in such a big hurry in the morning I pretty much slam mine down,,, so I have to omit the ice. Your drink is very similar to mine though

banana (or blackberries, strawberries, w/e is in season)
yogurt
milk
flax seed meal
protein powder
peanut butter

My absolute favorite meal of the day!!!

+ Soy milk is pretty much what I do every morning because I'm not enough of a morning person to actually make breakfast.

It's... INSTANT!

Yeah but using whole oats + peanut butter is going to give me the necessary carbs/fats I need in a complete breakfast, I don't trust those carnation things, their like nesquik except they try to pump it full of vitamins that I'm not even sure the body is going to absorb based on the way it's made. But that is definitely a step up from no breakfast at all. FUCK I still haven't eaten yet today... =/
