On eqlive he'd have been permabanned from the forums for making a thread like this. No 2nd accounts there either.
Start cleaning up the place, throw around some 6-12-3000 month bans. I promise even the most pixel-frenzied sociopath will quickly change.
R99 is a small community, it shouldn't be hard to set some examples.
