Apparently this white teen shot at some black teens who were playing basketball with a toy gun that shoots water pellets (not paintballs, not a paintball gun), a toy for age 14 and up

The black kids got so pissed they beat him up, and stomped his head in, stomped his chest so hard they caved it in

He died. The prosecutor said at some point during the trial that it was “hood justice” and refused to have murder or manslaughter charges brought against the teens

So they got assault. Even though the dude died. The prosecutor was like “nah he didn’t die though. Nah”. The dudes that killed him will be out in like 2 years. I’m sure they’ll be super nice to everyone after that though

Had the races been reversed we’d still be hearing about it despite it occurring a year ago. Also wasn’t a hate crime because reasons
