In logic, an argumentum ad populum (Latin for "appeal to the people") is a fallacious argument that concludes a proposition to be true because many or most people believe it. In other words, the basic idea of the argument is: "If many believe so, it is so."

It's nice that you think you can dismiss your logical fallacies by claiming I don't know what they are, but that of course, is nonsense. You also fraudulently attempted to speak for "the board," which is more nonsense.

I've been trying to reduce your argument to standard form and it's really difficult because your logic is so fucking twisted, but it goes something like this:

Reikerz is a member of "the board."
Reikerz states that all person who are members of "the board" know that Alawen and Hasbinbad are fucked up.
Therefore, Alawen and Hasbinbad are fucked up.

It's a disaster. "The board" is not a cohesive entity and Reikerz was never elected to speak for that non-existent entity. Stripped of those problems with premise, we are left with this:

All persons who are members of the board know that Alawen and Hasbinbad are fucked up.
Therefore, Alawen and Hasbinbad are fucked up.

This is a very direct example of the fallacy of argumentum ad populum.
