Not as simple as a yes or no for me. I would say yes if it was a narrow window, say ± 1-3 hours, but not ± 6-24 hours. I don't like the idea of one group / guild locking down raid targets because they know exactly when they are going to pop, but I also loath poopsocking.

Because he saw how Holocaust destroyed him and his shitty guild when we were still around, and he never wants to go through that again. So to combat it he just realized he has to recruit 90% of the high level players and get them on the pixel lust assembly line and no one will ever be able to overthrow his guild and he can continue making money from RMT.

Nizzar is one of the worst PVPers I've encountered, but theres one thing you can say about him: he has no life and is willing to spend 2+ years of it dedicated to leading a huge zerg on a 50 pop elf simulator for pixels. He has no desire to lead a 25 man guild because he'd get over run in pvp by even mediocre players. He needs the zerg or he is useless.

Yes. I used to be against Variance, until I saw how Nihilum has a lot of trouble fielding people for the 3 day raids like Trakanon / Dracoliche, but for a once a week plow through everything fiesta they can get everyone on. With variance and having to have multiple bat phones, they won't be able to field 50+ to everything. I think Variance would be great. Imagine you're in Halls of Testing doing some gear clear and suddenly dozekar pops. Now you have a shot at a mob you may have never had before if it's "everything pops 30 minutes after each other and 70 people can log on for 3 hours and mow them all down."

No thanks on the variance, Doesn't matter what side you are on. Will eventually leave people uninterested in killing mobs if they have to get up at X hour for every other boss despite the pixel lust that sets in.

they'll recruit more people when we start contesting also. who cares what Nihilum does? Dunno, I don't play to win 100% of the time. No1 in professional sports wins 100% of the time.
